INCLINED SHEAR CI 2000
The CI series of inclined shears are ideal machines for processing and recycling medium and heavy waste. Thanks to the large loading tank and the rear swing slide, it is ideal for handling long materials such as beams, pipes, sheet metal and scrap, usually up to 14 m in length.
The high productivity (up to 40 ton/h depending on the model) due to continuous charging and inclined plane, which thanks to gravity and vibrations of the plane itself, it brings the scrap to the shear where it is blocked by the lateral and vertical pressors and then sheared, making it a fundamental equipment for the recycling industry.
The CI 2000 can be easily moved and is able to work on any type of terrain thanks to its hydraulic stabilisation and lifting legs: it can be easily transported to a construction site or another storage facility using a floor-mounted trailer.
The machine is driven by the latest generation diesel engine. The choice of high quality hydraulic and electrical components make it an extremely robust and reliable equipment. Maintenance operations are fast thanks to the side covers that can be opened completely.
